I have an industrial building project covering roughly 20,000 sq ft and I now need a complete, accurate bar bending schedule (BBS). All reinforcement details must be transferred into my existing Excel template—the file will be shared as soon as we start. I simply need you to extract the bar marks, diameters, lengths, shapes and bend dimensions from the structural drawings and populate every relevant sheet so the cutting, bending and placement teams can work straight from it.
Please keep everything inside the template structure; formulas and layout are already set up, so no redesign is necessary. The finished workbook should include:
• A summary tab with total tonnage auto-calculated from your inputs
• Separate sheets for footing, column, beam, slab and any miscellaneous members that appear in the drawings
• Clear bar shape codes and bending details that match standard IS code practice (or the code referenced on the drawings)
Double-check lap lengths, anchorage, development lengths and any crank or chair bars before you finalise the schedule—I need the file ready for direct submission to the site team without further edits. If you spot missing information in the drawings, flag it in a comment column rather than leaving a cell blank so I can clarify with the engineer quickly.
Deliverable: the completed Excel workbook returned within the agreed timeframe, fully cross-checked and free of calculation errors. In indian standard
