Project brief
프로젝트 내용
I have three residential projects—ten individual floors—already drafted as PDF 2D plans. Each floor now needs to become a clean, top-down 3D render that feels inviting on a printed sell sheet. Walls, floors, and a tasteful selection of furniture and basic décor are enough; hyper-realistic textures aren’t required, but the lighting and color palette must stay consistent so the set reads as a single collection.
The sell sheet will be printed, so final images have to arrive in a high-resolution format (300 DPI PNG or JPG) with even lighting and no watermarks. If you work in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or a comparable tool, that’s fine—just be sure the finished files export sharply at print size.
Deliverables
• 10 high-resolution, top-down 3D floorplan renders (one per floor) ready for immediate placement in a sell sheet
• Optional: the original project files so future minor tweaks remain possible
Once I supply the PDFs/JPEGs, I’d like draft renders for review, after which we can lock styling and move quickly to finals.
