AI Document Management for CAs

I need a production-ready platform that quietly sits behind every Chartered Accountant or tax professional’s desk and makes sure no client document ever slips through the cracks. Here is the flow I’m after:

• A connector listens to both WhatsApp and Email in real time, pulls every attachment the firm receives, and streams it into a multi-stage AI/OCR pipeline.
• The content—not the filename—is parsed to spot the client’s name, PAN/GST, period, and whether the file is an invoice, receipt, tax form, or any other document a practice typically handles.
• Once identified, the file is placed in the correct digital folder, instantly searchable from any machine in the office with sub-second response times.

For users, sign-in happens through their phone (OTP or similar), so partners and staff never need to remember passwords. I also need a web-based admin panel where I can create firms, see their storage usage, set limits, and deactivate accounts.

Tech choices are open, but keep scalability and future multi-tenant billing in mind. Show me past work that proves you have already handled high-volume file ingestion, AI text extraction, or real-time messaging integrations. If you have an existing module that reads WhatsApp messages or have tuned OCR for noisy scans, that is exactly the kind of experience I want to see.

Deliverables:
1. Source code (backend, user portal, admin portal) with install docs.
2. Deployed demo on a test server so I can upload or forward sample files from WhatsApp and Email and watch them land in the right spot.
3. Brief hand-off session and architecture diagram.
