I need an Airtable & AI specialist who can turn my current, mostly manual setup into a fully automated workflow focused on data entry. The objective is to have new records flow into Airtable without human touch, cleaned and enriched by AI where helpful, and then routed to the right views or linked bases.
Right now I’m still deciding whether those incoming records will arrive through external APIs, manual form inputs, or an app such as Google Sheets, so I’m looking for someone comfortable mapping any of those sources. If you’ve worked with Airtable’s scripting, Make, Firecrawl or similar tools—and can weave in OpenAI or another model for smart parsing or classifications—that’s exactly the expertise I’m after.
Deliverables I’m expecting:
• A production-ready Airtable base (or set of bases) with all automations switched on
• Clear setup documentation so I can adjust fields, triggers, or AI prompts later
• A brief hand-off call or video walkthrough to make sure everything runs smoothly
I’m open to expanding this build later to cover email notifications or task assignments once the core data-entry flow is solid. For now, let’s focus on getting data into Airtable automatically and accurately, with AI doing the heavy lifting.
