Project brief
프로젝트 내용
My SaaS revolves around online image tools, and I now need the public-facing site fully built and deployed. Visitors must be able to upload an image, perform essential edits—resize, crop, apply basic filters—then download a compressed, optimized file. Access is open to everyone; registration stays optional but should exist for those who want to save work or manage their images later.
Scope of work
A responsive front-end (React, Vue, or similar is fine), a back-end pipeline that handles the editing and compression tasks (Sharp, Pillow, or equivalent libraries are acceptable), lightweight authentication, and a simple dashboard for usage stats. I’ll supply branding assets and copy; you handle layout, integration, and deployment to my chosen hosting (DigitalOcean or AWS).
Deliverables
• Complete, well-commented source code
• Live site running under my domain
• Hand-over documentation covering deployment and how to add new filters or compression presets
• One post-launch bug-fix round
Acceptance criteria
– Resize, crop, and at least two filters work end-to-end
– Compression shows clear before/after size metrics
– Unregistered and registered user flows both function correctly
– First contentful paint under 2 seconds on a standard broadband connection
Once these items are met, the project will be considered complete and ready for the next growth phase.
