I have a set of physical drawings for a commercial development that now need to be recreated and refined in AutoCAD. Your main task is to translate these paper plans into clean, well-layered DWG files and a final PDF set suitable for submission to local authorities and my consultant team.
I will scan and upload the physical copies for you; from there, accuracy in dimensions, layering (property lines, setbacks, utilities, hardscape, landscape, annotations), and title-block formatting is critical. All work must remain fully editable in AutoCAD 2018 or later.
Deliverables
• Complete DWG file of the site plan
• Matching high-resolution PDF sheets ready for print
• A brief layer/line-type legend to keep my team aligned
Acceptance Criteria
• All dimensions match the original hand-marked measurements (±2 mm tolerance)
• Layers are logically named and organized for civil use
• No unexplained line breaks, stray points, or missing call-outs
If you have questions about symbols, local standards, or need extra reference photos, just let me know and I’ll provide them right away. I’m looking to start as soon as I pick the right drafter; please include an estimated turnaround time for the first draft with your bid.
