I have a 2-minute-51-second talking-head video in horizontal MP4 format. Most of the frame is just empty space on both sides of my face, so I simply want those margins removed and the picture framed vertically—essentially a 9:16 portrait crop that focuses on me and keeps everything else exactly as it appears now. Please do not blur, color-fill, or otherwise replace the background; I want the same background preserved.
No further edits are required—no subtitles, no color grading, no audio tweaks—just a clean crop. The finished file should be delivered as an MP4 exported at 480p (SD) because that fits the bandwidth constraints of my website.
