Project brief
프로젝트 내용
We're a DTC supplement brand running paid social at scale. We need a video editor who understands direct-response, someone who knows why a hook works, reads retention curves, and edits with conversion in mind, not just aesthetics.
You'll edit VSLs, short-form ad creatives, and UGC-style cuts from raw footage, AI-generated assets, and scripts. You'll work from storyboards, source B-roll and clips independently, and manage the full revision cycle through Frame.io. You'll also own the VSL production pipeline, assets organized, revisions tracked, nothing stalled without a reason.
When a video isn't converting you should have a point of view on why, hook drop-off, weak CTA, pacing issue and be able to propose a fix without being asked.
Tools you'll use: Premiere Pro / After Effects, Frame.io, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Envato, Epidemic Sound, Google Drive.
You're the right fit if you've edited direct-response video for paid Facebook or Meta campaigns, you understand CTR, thumb-stop rate, hold rate, and conversion as feedback signals, you can source clips and follow a storyboard without hand-holding, and you've worked with AI video or voiceover tools before.
To apply: Send 2–3 examples of direct-response video you've edited — VSLs or paid ads preferred. Tell us what the creative was trying to do and how it performed if you have the data.
