Enhance Website Design & Functionality

My site is stable but showing its age. I need a skilled developer-designer to refresh the layout and underlying functionality, starting with the /dashboard and ideally carrying the improvements across every page.

Here is what I am after:
• Rework the overall layout and structure so pages feel consistent, intuitive, and responsive on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Tidy navigation, spacing, and component alignment inside the /dashboard; apply the same logic site-wide where possible.
• Fix or streamline any front-end glitches that currently interrupt user flow—broken buttons, erratic form behaviour, slow loading sections, etc.
• Keep my existing branding, colours, and content; this is a structural and UX pass, not a full rebrand.

Clean HTML5, modern CSS (flexbox/grid), and solid JavaScript skills are essential. If you are comfortable auditing existing code, making incremental improvements, and pushing updates without downtime, let’s talk.
