We’re a performance-focused growth marketing agency running Google and Meta paid traffic for values-led businesses.
We have a small internal team (7 people) and are looking to bring on a Project Manager to help improve organization, structure, and workflow efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems and improving how work gets done.
>What This Role Involves
You will focus on improving how tasks are organized and how work flows through the team.
This includes:
- Building and improving workflows
- Creating structure and consistency
- Reducing inefficiencies
- Organizing tasks clearly
- Improving repeatable processes
>Core Responsibility
Your primary job is to improve systems and workflow efficiency.
This includes:
- Creating better task organization systems
- Improving how work moves between team members
- Reducing confusion and inefficiency
- Making processes more consistent and scalable
>Responsibilities
Task Systems & Organization
- Improve task tracking and organization
- Ensure tasks are clearly structured and assigned
- Maintain clean and organized workflows
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows
- Build improved processes
- Standardize repeatable tasks
Workflow Management
- Ensure smooth handoffs between roles
- Reduce bottlenecks
- Improve overall efficiency
Execution Oversight
- Ensure processes are being followed
- Maintain consistency across projects
Secondary: Client & Team Experience Support
- Improve consistency of deliverables
- Reduce errors and miscommunication
What This Role Is NOT
- Not strategy
- Not execution work
- Not client sales
Requirements
- Strong organizational and systems thinking
- Ability to improve workflows
- Detail-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with project management tools
- Process improvement experience
Job Details
- Part-time: 30-40 hours per week
- Pacific Time
- $2–3/hr CAD
