My small business is active on Facebook, but I rarely have the time to keep the page fresh and engaging. I’m looking for a freelancer who can step in and take over day-to-day management so the account consistently reflects the brand and reaches more potential customers.
Your support would revolve around Facebook only; I’m not focusing on Instagram or Twitter right now. I’m open to your recommendations on what mix of content creation, ongoing account upkeep, or paid promotion will deliver the best results. If you have proven methods for raising brand visibility and sparking conversation in comments and messages, I’d love to hear them.
Deliverables I’d like to see:
• A clear content calendar with post ideas and schedule
• Regular posting (you can suggest ideal frequency) with visuals and copy that match our tone
• Timely responses to comments and basic inbox queries
• A simple monthly performance summary so we know what’s working and where to adjust
