Project Title:
Bulk Email SMTP Server Setup & Email Marketing System
Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced freelancer to set up a high-performance SMTP server for bulk email sending with maximum inbox delivery.
The goal is to create a complete email marketing system that can send large volumes of emails efficiently while maintaining strong sender reputation and avoiding spam filters.
Scope of Work:
- Set up SMTP server (PowerMTA ) on VPS
- Configure domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Setup rDNS and proper mail server security
- Install and configure email marketing software (MailWizz / Sendy / Mautic)
- Ensure high deliverability (Inbox, not Spam)
- IP warming and sending strategy guidance
- Bounce handling & email tracking setup
- Basic dashboard for campaign management
Requirements:
- Proven experience with bulk email systems
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
- Experience with VPS (AWS, DigitalOcean, Contabo, etc.)
- Ability to avoid blacklisting issues
Expected Outcome:
- Fully functional bulk email system
- Ability to send large email volumes (10k–100k+ daily)
- Optimized for inbox delivery
- Ready-to-use campaign dashboard
Budget:
Open (depending on experience and solution offered)
Timeline:
2–5 days
Additional Notes:
Preference will be given to freelancers who can provide ongoing support and optimization.
