Project brief
프로젝트 내용
I already have detailed floor-plans for a new hospital and now require a complete architectural package that aligns every space with local zoning laws and integrates a reliable electrical layout.
Key focus areas are the emergency room, multiple operating theatres, and the patient wards; these must flow efficiently while meeting code for healthcare facilities. I will supply the current floor plan drawings so you can refine room adjacencies, circulation paths, and service cores, then layer a fully coordinated electrical system on top.
You will:
• Update the architectural plan to reflect compliant zoning separations, and medical equipment placement throughout the facility.
• Produce a single-line and schematic electrical layout sized for hospital loads and future expansion.
• Return editable CAD/Revit files plus a brief compliance summary referencing the specific local regulations applied.
Acceptance is based on: correct zoning offsets, clear demarcation of the three priority departments, load calculations that match medical equipment lists, and files that can be dropped directly into our BIM pipeline without re-work. AutoCAD/Revit, NFPA and local code knowledge are essential.
