Website Development for Real Estate Investment Group (Oceano Investment)
Description:
We are looking for an experienced web developer (or team) to design and build a professional website for our real estate investment group, Oceano Investment.
The goal of the website is to showcase our completed projects and attract potential investors for upcoming opportunities.
Scope of Work:
• Design and develop a modern, clean, and high-end website
• Create a Projects Portfolio section displaying our past developments (images, descriptions, key details)
• Build a Contact / Lead Generation page for interested investors
• Ensure the website is fully responsive (mobile & tablet optimized)
• Fast loading speed and optimized performance
• Basic SEO structure
• Easy-to-update backend (preferably WordPress or similar CMS)
Key Features:
• Elegant and minimal design (luxury real estate style)
• Project gallery with high-quality visuals
• Investor-focused messaging
• Contact form (with email integration)
Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate / investment / luxury websites
• Strong portfolio (please include links)
• Ability to deliver high-quality design + development
• Good communication in English
Nice to Have:
• Experience working with property developers
• UI/UX design skills
• Branding sensitivity (clean, premium look)

• We will provide content (texts + images), but design input is highly valued
