I’m ready to give my primary bedroom a fresh, contemporary feel and need a complete design concept I can confidently hand off to local contractors. The room will serve as the master suite, so every choice—from layout to lighting—should feel cohesive, relaxing, and unmistakably modern.
Here’s how I picture the collaboration working: I will share photos, exact room dimensions, and notes on existing architectural elements the moment we start. From there, your expertise will turn those raw details into a polished concept I can implement without guesswork.
Deliverables I’ll need:
• Mood board capturing colour palette, materials, and key inspiration images
• Scaled floor plan with furniture placement and circulation clearly marked
• 3-D visualisations or high-quality renderings (at least two angles) to preview the finished look
• Shopping list that specifies furniture, lighting, textiles, and décor with links or product codes
• Brief styling guide explaining how to pull everything together once items arrive
Acceptance criteria: finished files should be provided in both source format (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and PDF/JPEG for easy sharing; all measurements must match the dimensions I provide; and the aesthetic needs to stay within a clean, modern style—no traditional or eclectic deviations.
