Modern Residential Floor Plans & Facades

I have between five and ten new residential concepts ready for development and now need each one turned into a clear floor plan with a matching front façade in a clean, modern style. All layouts are single-family homes and I will supply reference drawings and photos that show the exact look and proportions I’m after.

Scope of work
• Draft a fully dimensioned floor plan for each concept (5–10 in total).
• Create the corresponding front elevation that expresses the same modern aesthetic.
• Provide editable source files (DWG, RVT, or comparable) plus PDFs sized for print and on-screen review.

Reference package
At project start I’ll share a folder containing sketches, precedent images, and key measurements so you can align your drawings to my vision. Feel free to suggest improvements that keep the design modern while remaining practical to build.

Acceptance criteria
1. Accurate room sizes, wall thicknesses, window and door placements.
2. Front façade coordinated with the plan and reflecting the modern references provided.
3. Drawings delivered in the agreed formats, ready for engineer or builder hand-off.
