Multi-Role Society Management App

I need a full-stack, SaaS-ready solution that lets residents, committee/admin members and security guards handle all daily society tasks from their phones while I oversee everything from a web dashboard.

Core workflow
• Users sign in with mobile-number OTP and see only the screens tied to their role (Resident, Admin, Guard).
• The mobile build must run smoothly on both iOS and Android, using a single codebase if that speeds things up.
• A clean top navigation bar should guide every screen transition.

Key modules
Visitor Management – residents can pre-approve guests; guards simply scan/enter details at arrival and departure; both sides get immediate status updates.
Complaints – residents file an issue, watch it move from Open → In Progress → Resolved, and rate the outcome.
Notice Board – admins post news or emergency alerts that land instantly on every relevant device.
Dashboards – quick snapshots for residents (personal activity, pending items) and a richer console for admins (all societies, analytics, user roles).
