I need an experienced Odoo professional who can walk me through the complete lifecycle of an implementation, from initial scoping right up to go-live. The project is still in its early stages, so you will help me clarify business needs, recommend the right mix of core modules (likely Sales, Inventory, and Accounting to start), and then configure, customise, and integrate them so that everything runs smoothly on a single platform.
Key points you will handle
• Environment setup or review of any work already done
• Module configuration aligned with real-world workflows
• Development of any custom features we identify as critical
• Integration advice for third-party tools (payment gateways, shipping APIs, reporting services, etc.)
• User training and concise hand-off documentation
Success for me means a production-ready Odoo instance, cleanly documented, with my team comfortable performing day-to-day tasks without outside help. Please outline the approach you would take, note any similar projects you have completed, and specify the approximate timeline you foresee for each phase.
