Job Description:
I am a certified English teacher building a growing online English academy for adult learners. I am looking for a reliable and creative Social Media Assistant to help me stay consistent on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
This is a beginner-friendly, long-term opportunity. I am currently working with a small budget as I grow my academy, but there is strong potential for increased hours and pay over time.
Responsibilities:
Edit short videos (Reels/TikToks) from content I provide
Add captions, basic text, and simple edits (CapCut or similar)
Create a few simple posts using Canva
Schedule and post content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Help maintain a consistent monthly posting schedule
How We Will Work:
I will record all content (videos and ideas) in advance
You will edit, prepare, and schedule everything
Work will be done in batches (not weekly work)
Workload & Pay:
Approx. 6–8 hours per month
$5–$7 per hour (depending on experience)
Content is edited and scheduled once per month
Long-term opportunity with growth as the academy grows
Requirements:
Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
Basic design skills (Canva)
Good communication and reliability
Able to follow instructions and stay organized
Basic English skills
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Experience with Instagram or TikTok content
Understanding of social media trends
Experience working with coaches or online businesses
