My husband’s phone has suddenly begun showing apps we never installed, and—more worryingly—new email and social-media accounts keep appearing in his name. The job is to determine whether either device has been compromised, trace how these unwanted accounts are being created, and give us clear steps to secure everything again. Remote guidance is fine as long as you can walk us through any forensic data collection, logs, or configuration changes without voiding warranties or wiping precious photos.
