I need my existing proposal PDFs—and a few related documents—re-worked so they look sharp and consistent when we run them on heavier stock. The files already exist; what I’m after is a professional, corporate polish: cleaner page layouts, smarter font hierarchy, and colour tweaks that will hold their vibrancy once converted to CMYK for print.
Key areas of focus are the cover, the main content pages, and the appendix. Margins, bleeds, and image resolution all need a careful pass so nothing clips or pixellates on press. If you prefer Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or an equivalent pro tool that’s fine by me, as long as the final hand-off includes:
• Press-ready PDFs (CMYK, crops and bleeds set)
• Editable source files for any future tweaks
I’ll supply the current PDFs and brand guidelines the moment we start; please keep the overall tone firmly in the “professional and corporate” lane while still ensuring it feels contemporary.
