Your calls should do three things: confirm the prospect is an active buyer, capture their budget range, preferred location, and property type, then hand the lead back to me for the next sales step.
You will receive a calling sheet and basic project information. Please keep notes in the shared CRM or a simple Google Sheet as you go, tagging every number as interested, follow-up, or not interested. A friendly yet professional tone is essential; these buyers are often speaking with multiple agents, so the first impression matters.
Deliverables
• Daily call log with outcome status
• Lead sheet containing: buyer name, phone, budget range, preferred location, property type, and any additional remarks
• Brief end-of-day summary of challenges or objections heard, so I can refine scripts and offers
Accuracy of the captured details and a steady conversion rate from dialed numbers to qualified leads will be the key acceptance criteria.
