I need a fully-functional WhatsApp chatbot focused on sales and marketing. The bot must guide visitors through the buying journey, warm them into qualified leads, and ultimately increase conversions.
Core sales & marketing tasks the bot must handle:
• Lead generation
• Product recommendations tailored to each user
• Time-bound promotional campaigns with trackable results
Key requirements
• Built on the official WhatsApp Business API (cloud or on-premise)
• Conversational flows that feel human, with quick-reply buttons and rich media where helpful
• Central dashboard where I can edit messages, offers, and campaign dates myself after hand-off
• Simple webhook or middleware layer so I can plug the bot into my existing CRM or email platform later; keep the architecture modular enough for tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Mailchimp if I decide to add them
• Analytics for open rates, click-throughs, opt-ins, and sales attributed to the bot
Deliverables
1. Flow diagrams (PDF or Miro link) for approval before coding
2. Complete, documented source code and deployment scripts
3. Step-by-step handover guide and a live walkthrough on Zoom
4. One-month post-launch support to iron out edge cases
I am comfortable with Node.js, Python, or low-code frameworks—choose whatever lets you move fastest while staying compliant with WhatsApp policy. If you have previous examples of revenue-driving chatbots, include a short case study when you bid.
