Hello,
I am looking for a freelance graphic designer to support me in creating visuals for a series of recurring events.
Context
This is a seasonal event concept called GARDEN PARTY, starting in May and taking place every Sunday, as well as on certain public holidays.
* Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
In addition, there is a related event:
AFTER GARDEN PARTY, which takes place at a different venue:
* Hours: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Needs
The goal is to create:
* One main flyer (template) for the GARDEN PARTY
* One main flyer (template) for the AFTER GARDEN PARTY
These visuals will serve as the base for the entire season and must be easily adaptable (dates, lineup, themes, specific information, etc.).
Expectations
* Strong and consistent art direction
* Modern, impactful design aligned with a nightlife / event atmosphere (festive / premium depending on your proposal)
* Editable files for future adaptations
* Possibility of long-term collaboration for weekly updates
Bonus
* Experience in nightlife / event design is a plus
* Ability to propose creative concepts that clearly differentiate the two formats (before / after)
