프로젝트 내용

I need a 3D model created in Fusion 360 based on my complete design specifications and sketches. No design changes or interpretation are needed.

Requirements:
- Produce printable STL/STEP file
- Basic shape only, no textures or internal structures
- No support structures required in STL file

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Fusion 360
- Experience with generating STL/STEP files
- Attention to detail and accuracy Full Specification (from attached PDF)
Overall length: 210 mm
Outer width: 76 mm
Inner width: 68 mm
Wall thickness: 4 mm

Front height: 75 mm (open)
Back height: 40 mm (closed)
All external edges rounded/filleted

Top front cut-out:
– Located at the front edge
– 25 mm front‑to‑back
– 35 mm side‑to‑side

Side cut-outs (left & right):
– 20 mm wide × 25 mm high
– Centre positioned 140 mm from the front
– Rectangular, corners may be radiused

Top ribs:
– 2 ribs
– 3 mm height
– 8 mm width
– 30 mm centre‑to‑centre spacing
– Run front‑to‑back, starting behind the top cut‑out and stopping short of the back wall

Logo placement:
– One logo on each side panel
– 90 mm length × 20 mm depth
– Positioned centrally on the side panel
– Follows the natural slope of the cover
– Reads left‑to‑right when seated in the rig
– Recessed/engraved or applied as a badge

Purpose & Fitment:
This is a clip‑on, drop‑over protective housing for a sim‑racing throttle pedal unit.
The inside must remain completely clear/open so it can slide over the existing pedal assembly without interference.
The top front cut‑out provides clearance for the throttle arm.
The side cut‑outs provide clearance for the moving rods/inserts during pedal travel.
The two top ribs add stiffness and prevent flexing.
