I need an experienced SketchUp specialist to turn my 2D architectural drawings into a polished 3D model that showcases the building’s exterior façade for an upcoming architectural presentation. You will receive PDF plans and reference photos; from these, I’m expecting an accurate massing model, true-to-plan proportions, and convincing material representation that clearly communicates the design intent to clients and planning officials.
Although interior work and landscaping are not required, the façade must read well from multiple street-level and elevated angles, so thoughtful lighting and contextual elements (sky, ground plane, neighboring setbacks) are important. If you prefer to enhance the scene in V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion, please note that in your proposal—native SketchUp output is essential, but I’m open to your preferred rendering add-ons for the final stills.
Deliverables:
• Clean, organized .skp file (grouped components, layers/tags named logically)
• 3–5 high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders from agreed viewpoints
• One round of revisions to fine-tune materials, color, or camera angles
