Small Print Banner Design

I’m looking for a designer to create a clean, eye-catching banner for a print promotion. The final piece will be a small format—no larger than 3 feet on its longest side—so crisp typography and balanced layout are essential.

Please supply:
• Press-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, with bleed)
• Editable source file (AI or PSD)
