We are looking for an experienced developer or team to help us set up and integrate a WeChat Official Account (Corporate/Service Account) and connect it with our internal systems.
The main goals:
1. Successfully create and verify a WeChat Official Account
2. Enable a web-based interface (similar to WhatsApp Web) for message handling
3. Integrate WeChat messaging into our Odoo CRM system

Current Situation / Problems
• We do not currently have a properly verified WeChat Official Account
• We are facing difficulties with:
• Account registration (Chinese requirements, verification, etc.)
• Accessing or building a web interface for message management
• We need a scalable solution for customer communication (mainly Chinese market)

Scope of Work
1. WeChat Official Account Setup
• Advise and assist in choosing correct account type:
• Service Account (preferred) / Subscription Account
• Full setup support:
• Registration
• Verification (company documents, Chinese entity if needed)
• Ensure account is fully functional for messaging and API access

2. Web Interface (Like WhatsApp Web)
We need a web-based dashboard where our team can:
• Read incoming messages
• Reply to customers
• Manage conversations
Options:
• Either configure existing WeChat web tools (if available)
• OR build a custom web interface using WeChat API

3. Odoo CRM Integration
• Connect WeChat messages to Odoo CRM:
• Incoming messages → create/update leads/contacts
• Chat history linked to customer profile
• Ability to reply to users directly from Odoo (if possible)
Preferred:
• Use official WeChat APIs (not unstable scraping solutions)
• Clean and maintainable architecture

• Experience with:
• WeChat Official Account API
• WeChat Work (WeCom) is a PLUS
• Backend:
• Python (preferred, since Odoo)
• Integration:
• REST APIs / Webhooks
• Understanding of:
• Chinese ecosystem (VERY important)
