프로젝트 내용

I have a writ petition drafted and ready for e-courts filing, but the registry has flagged several “defects” that must be cured before it will be accepted. I want a detail-oriented legal professional to go through the document, identify every formatting, pagination, annexure-labeling or compliance issue, and return a clean version that meets the current High Court e-filing rules.

Scope of work
• Review the complete petition, supporting affidavit, index, and all annexures for technical compliance.
• Fix page-spacing, margins, font size, paragraph numbering, cause-title alignment, and certificate blocks so they match the court’s style sheet.
• Cross-check citations and remove any clerical errors that could trigger another defect notice.
• Merge all components into a single, OCR-enabled PDF (maximum 25 MB) with bookmarks exactly as required by the e-filing portal.
• Provide the corrected Word file as well, so I can update it in the future.

Acceptance criteria
1. The registry’s online pre-scrutiny tool shows “No Defect Found”.
2. PDF uploads successfully on the first attempt and displays bookmarks in the left pane.
3. All annexures referenced in the petition appear in the correct order, with legible stamp and signature pages.
